Cliffe Arrand

For Owner Cliffe Arrand, food has always been a passion. You might even say "obsession". Growing up in Coastal Maine, in an Italian family with roots in Sicily and Naples, his appreciation for good food was instilled at a very young age. As a child he looked up to his Grandfather who owned numerous restaurants and bars and knew that one day he would follow in his footsteps. He has been in the restaurant business since he was thirteen, and has held many positions ranging from dishwasher, to management. It is the hard work and dedication he put into those years, that made it possible for him to now, at a young age, own his own restaurant. A dream come true, and a goal he had set for himself to accomplish, by the time he was 30. It was an inspirational trip to Italy and Spain, that evoked a drive in him, to come home and see his vision come to life. He feels very fortunate to live in an area where good food and produce are so accessible. Whether it's hitting up the farmers market on a Saturday morning, driving 45 min to Boston, to visit one of his favorite places, or making dinner at home, as long as there's good food and wine Cliffe is happy.
